    Limited selection of products at extortionate prices, for example, the £. sandwich meal deal. There always seems to be staff stocking shelves which means aisles are cluttered, even after a recent refurbishment. Given that the shop is usually very busy, there can be lengthy queues and no self service checkouts to make things easier. Staff aren’t the friendliest.

    I needed to use two pumps to fill up my tank. Fist pump was faulty. Frist time I was able to pay by card, second time I tried to pay with two different cards and didn't manage. The cashier told me that my cards are the problem. I paid by cash and I didn't received receipt. I tried my card at the cash point into the premises and the card was working. Disappointed

    Rude manager. I arrived at :pm to buy something for supper and manager was shouting at me "hurry up, hurry up, we're closing." The store does not close until pm so there was plenty of time. Even after suffering three strokes I don't need minutes to find something to eat. Manager is rude, obnoxious and needs a good lesson in manners and how to treat customers.

    Although the fuel is above the average price in South London, the forecourt is very large with pumps. Has a decent car wash with decent prices with a lot of different promotions.M&S products are the main selling point with nearly all of the products like the main stores.Staff work efficiently and polite, with a local shop feel.
